For most of us, starting our day with caffeine is a non-negotiable, but especially after a night out in Las Vegas. Luckily, there is no shortage of places to get a jolt of coffee on and off The Las Vegas Strip.

District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew.

Level 2, Boulevard Tower (inside Block 16 Urban Food Hall)

What You Should Know: Here, you’ll find small-batch roasted coffee sourced in New Orleans where District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. originated. Many gravitate toward the Vietnamese iced coffee poured on draft, but District is also known for its craft espresso program and nitro cold brew. Pair your cup with a house made donut (there are more than 100 rotating flavors) or go for the decadent Brûléed Cinnamon Roll.

Insider’s Tip: Get the Vietnamese iced coffee spiked with bourbon or the fresh-squeezed lavender lemonade with a dose of tequila.

Va Bene Cafe

Va Bene Caffè

Level 1, The Chelsea Tower (near the lobby)

What You Should Know: Va Bene Caffè is a casual modern Italian coffee bar where you can sip on a hot chai latte or cappuccino carefully prepared by master baristas. With a variety of pastries made from scratch in-house each morning by Head Pastry Chef Vincent Pilon and team, don’t miss the popular Cheese Danish or flaky Croissants. Should you stop by in the afternoon, snag the Turkey Burrata Panini made with roasted turkey breast, burrata, caper mayo, pepperoncini, salsa verde, arugula and ciabatta.

Insider’s Tip: Need something to soak up too much fun from the night before? Try the indulgent Italian Breakfast Panini stacked high with capicola, mortadella, prosciutto, provolone, basil pesto and a fried egg.

So turn to this one-of-a-kind Starbucks for everyday classics served in a colorful setting thanks to world-renowned French photographer, painter, and installation artist Georges Rousse. His unique and interactive public art installation compels viewers to reanalyze their own perceptions of space and reality.
