From 5:30 to 7PM from Friday through Tuesday, expect $7 bites including mini polenta truffled mushrooms, calamari fritti with Calabrian tomato sauce, and oysters. Pair these delicious delights with a glass of Malbec or Pinot Grigio for $8 each.
At Jaleo, from 5 to 7PM, you can savor $6 sangria by the glass or a Spanish Bramble with blackberry liqueur for $8. Relish a variety of tapas with friends, including shrimp sautéed with garlic, chicken fritters, and Spanish-style olives with Manchego cheese—all $5 each.
Sip on signature drinks while watching the sun go down during Sunset Cocktail Hour at Boulevard Pool. On Thursdays from 6:30 to 8PM, you’ll be able to create your own Summer Spritz as you admire the electric cityscape above The Strip. The real show stopper? Live entertainment from Natty Rico, a multifaceted artist who is equally talented as a saxophonist and live deejay. Over at Beauty & Essex, you won’t want to miss the sophisticated staple’s buy one cocktail (go for Beauty Elixir, a gin-rosé-cucumber-strawberry combo) for $19, get one free.
And if your preference is a glass of vino, specifically, red, white, or rosé, The Cosmopolitan ups the ante for you. On Monday through Thursday, select restaurants (Blue Ribbon, Momofuku, Scarpetta, STK) offers patrons a complimentary bottle of international labels with the purchase of an entrée.
